Turquoise & Lime Poncho and Hat

Size: Girl's size 2-4; 14" from neck to point of fringe; 12" along shoulder to end of fringe.

I have this exact poncho without the hat in girl's size 8-10, which may be purchased below. (18" to center point fringe, 15" down arm to fringe). It was made with double yarn, so it is extra heavy.
